Registration

The registration site for WSDM 2009 is now open, early registration ends on January 7, 2009.

It is important to note that WAW is a different event co-located with WSDM'09, but WSDM'09 participants have a special registration rate for WAW (90€) (see registration site for WAW) . Also WSDM'09 hosts two satellite workshops: WSCD09 and ESAIR09.

Additionally, student grants are available from our WSDM'09 supporters (more information).

Registration Fees:

• Non ACM/SIG member: Conference only ($500.00)
• ACM/SIG member: Conference only ($430.00)
• Student: Conference only ($270.00)
• Non ACM/SIG member: Conference + workshops ($650.00)
• ACM/SIG member: Conference + workshops ($550.00)
• Student: Conference + workshops ($400.00)
• Non ACM/SIG member: Workshops only ($210.00)
• ACM/SIG member: Workshops only ($170.00)
• Student: Workshops only ($120.00)

Invitation Letters:

• We do not issue letters of invitation for employees of commercial organizations from countries that require a visa to Spain unless the company is known for being active in Web search, data mining and related fields. If in doubt, please contact us before registering.
• We can ONLY issue invitation letters when a delegate is duly registered to WSDM 2009, i.e. a registration form has been made, and the related registration fees have been fully paid and received by our accounting office.
